In Castro's favor, he specifically identifies issues facing each county and he desires assignment to the Veterans Affairs committee that King leads. We appreciate his lifelong dedication to this area; he was educated in Old Glory, graduated from Angelo State and after getting his law degree in Austin, returned to West Texas to live and work. He also has been preparing for this race for two years and comes across as a more well-rounded and informed candidate than in 2014.
As your legislator down in Austin, I will work hard to represent the values and concerns of our communities right here in Jones, Nolan, and Taylor Counties. Early Voting has begun, so please get out and vote in our state's important primary election!
